Hi, I'm Kateryna.

I build products, lead engineering teams, and sometimes teach, speak, or write when I have something useful to share.

I work at the overlap of engineering, design, product, and people. I care a lot about how teams work, how products feel, and how the little decisions add up.

These days, I'm leading an engineering team at Buffer, shaping front-end direction and building tools for creators.

Outside of work, I'm usually reading something, wandering in the Estonian woods, watching a good show, or dialing in a pour-over.
